Ordering Information and Policies

Ordering: There is no minimum in ordering unless you are using a coupon. Orders with a valad coupon will be honored by the offer that applies to that coupon at the time of that purchase. We are set up for your order through the Internet on Pay-Pal which includes MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Bank and Discover. We also take Checks and Money Orders. Pre-counciltations are usually necessary for custom orders. If you wish to order an original painting that is on the site for sale, we will be able to serve you better and give you clear and concise information by way of E-mail. These items are specially packaged and they are heavier than the other items we sell. Call or E-mail us for the Shipping &Handling prices.

Conformation E-Mail: A conformation (summery) E-Mail will be sent to you after your order is received to make sure your order is correct. We will ask you to confirm it and send it back.

Payment: All online orders are handled through Pay Pal, which includes MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Bank and Discover. If you wish to pay by Check Or Money Order please print out the (FAX & MAIL ORDER FORM) provided and allow 7-10 days for processing to begin..

Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped through UPS Ground Service or U.S. Postal Service.

Damages: Please check item/s carefully upon receipt of your order. All claims concerning damage and/or shipping errors must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Should you receive a shipment with obvious damage, refuse shipment and notify us immediately. (NOTE: Should you elect to accept a visibly damaged package please be sure to note
"RECEIVED DAMAGED" on the carrier's Shipping Document.)

Returns: No credit will be issued if items are returned to us without prior authorization. No credit will be issued if returned items are not received in resalable condition.

Measurements: With custom ordered paintings we suggest that mats and frames be ordered after you have received your order and measure the actual item.

We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we will want to share with you.
